By accessing or placing an order through pastfive.co, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Our products

All PAST FIVE items are made to order by our fulfilment partner, Printful. Product colours may vary slightly from screen to screen. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

2. Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you've provided is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. The price at the time of your order is the price you pay.

4. Shipping

Orders are fulfilled within 2–5 business days and delivered within 3–5 business days thereafter. For full details, see our Shipping & Delivery page.

5. Returns & refunds

As all items are made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect sizing. Faulty or incorrectly printed items will be replaced or refunded. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual property

All designs, graphics, and content on pastfive.co are the property of PAST FIVE and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

PAST FIVE shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website beyond the value of the original order.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
